Weekly - $210.00 (Includes Electric)
Monthly - $425.00 + Electric April thru December
Monthly - $525.00 + Electric Jan, Feb, March
6 + 6 Plan - $320.00 + Electric
Annual Plan - $345.00 + Electric
Rates are based on occupancy by two (2) persons.
Any and all extra persons will be charged $4.00 per person per day.
Electricity is included in the Daily and Weekly rates. A $100.00 electric deposit is required for Monthly, 6 + 6 and Annual Plans, and will be applied to the last electric bill. Electricity is individually metered and charged accordingly.
RV, BOAT & VEHICLE STORAGE (IN THE PARK STORAGE AREA)
Residents (3 month minimum) $40.00 per month + tax
Non-residents (3 month minimum) $70.00 per month + tax
With electric for battery charger / refrigerator (if available) $30.00 per month
ALL RENTS ARE TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE
6 + 6 PLAN
Based upon at least 6 months on-site, followed by 6 month occupancy. Occupancy beyond the regular 6 month season may be extended for an additional $115.00 per month.
ANNUAL PLAN
To qualify for annual rate, you must:
(1) Have established 12 consecutive months of rental history OR
(2) Purchase a unit which is tied down
LATE PAYMENTS
There will be a charge of $25.00 added to all late payments after 5 days.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be paid on rent not used.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are accepted for space only - not a specific site.
Sites are not assigned in advance. Your lot will be assigned upon your arrival.
